Chanel Chanel No 5 EDT is defined as a Floral Aldehyde scent to the nose based on the mix of components. Ernest Beaux came up with the scent formula. A whiff of citrus and distinctive opening top notes, comprising aldehyde, bergamot, lemon, neroli, and ylang ylang, opens Chanel No 5 EDT’s emission of tastes and smell notes. Iris, jasmine, lily of the valley, rose, and orris root combine in the flowery and white flowers heart center notes, while moss, patchouli, sandalwood, and vetiver combine in the deep woody and amber base notes.
