Hermes Equipage is categorized as an Oriental Fougere scent on the nose based on the blend of notes. Guy Robert came up with the composition of the scent. Aldehyde, bergamot, orange, clary sage, nutmeg, and brazilian rosewood are among the citrus and herbal opening top notes that make up Equipage’s flavour and fragrance components. Carnation, jasmine, lily of the valley, cinnamon, and pine tree make up the flowery and spicy heart Centre notes, while moss, patchouli, and vetiver make up the deep spice and woody base notes.
