Azzaro Azzaro Now is categorized as a Floral Aldehyde scent to the nose based on the mix of components. Alberto Morillas, Annie Buzantian, and Firmenich created the scent composition. Azzaro Now begins with a whiff of citrus and fruity top notes including bergamot, passionfruit, and tea, which are followed by a whiff of woody base notes. The aldehyde, jasmine, tiare flower, and water combine in the white flowers and aquatic heart Centre notes, while the deep amber and drink refreshment base notes produce a sensation of amber, musk, rum, and brazilian rosewood.
